Welcome to Savannah Pointe Subdivision
Our beautiful subdivision is located just west of The Reserve subdivision along Spaulding Orchard Road, Savannah Pointe features large lots amidst rolling wooded terrain and two lakes.
All homeowners within the subdivision are required to pay annual HOA dues to maintain the common area located within the subdivision. The annual meeting is held in the fall to pass the budget and set dues for the following year.
