Architectural Committee
This committee is in charge of approving exterior changes to existing homes. If you are planning on any exterior changes to your property, please complete the online ACC Request Form or download a form from the Documents section and send it to SPHOA, P.O. Box 404, Chatham, IL 62629. Or email it to [email protected].
If you are building a new home, you need to also contact the ACC for approval of your plans.
